Have you received your dress but want a different size?
You can request one size exchange within 7 days of delivery by simply contacting our customer service department. The new garment will be produced according to the same sartorial timing as the first order (up to 60 days). Pickup and return charges are our responsibility, for EU orders. Outside the EU, specific charges apply, communicated upon request.
Private Value Voucher
Would you rather postpone the choice?
As an alternative to replacement, you can receive a personal voucher of the full value spent, usable exclusively by you within 24 months.
The voucher is nominative, non-transferable and can be used on any item or accessory from the future collection.

As garments are produced on demand, there is no monetary refund. Our team is always available to assist you in choosing a size or defining your next garment.
