Have you received your dress but want a different size?
You can request a single size change within 7 days of delivery, simply by contacting our customer service. The new item will be produced according to the same tailoring times as the first order (up to 60 days). The collection and return costs are at our expense, for EU orders. Outside the EU, specific costs apply and are communicated upon request.
Private Value Voucher
Do you prefer to postpone the choice?
As an alternative to the replacement, you can receive a personal voucher for the entire value spent , which can be used exclusively by you within 24 months.
The voucher is nominative, non-transferable and can be used on any item or accessory from the future collection.

Since these are items produced on request, there is no monetary refund. Our team is always available to assist you in choosing the size or in defining the next item.
